DELIVERY

How long does delivery take?

UK Standard Delivery 2-4 business days - £2.99 to the UK mainland.

UK Express Delivery 1-3 business days - £3.99 to the UK mainland.

Purchase three or more bags of coffee and enjoy complimentary delivery. Use code GOTBEANS at checkout.

Orders of ground coffee or beans placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same business day, if the order is placed on a weekend this will be dispatched the following business day.

Accessories orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive so please choose standard delivery.

Orders which include both coffee and accessories will be dispatched separately.

All UK orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same business day, if the order is placed on a weekend this will be dispatched the following business day.

Kindly be aware that shipping to the UK Channel Islands and certain parts of the Scottish Highlands might require up to 7 business days for delivery.

Which courier will delivery my order?

Our trusted delivery provider in the UK is Royal Mail.

My order hasn't been delivered?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please get in touch using our contact us form here or email us at hello@zavocoffee.com and we will be able to assist you further.

Do you delivery internationally?

We don't currently deliver outside of the UK but watch this space as we plan to very soon.

RETURNS

Can I return my product?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@zavocoffee.com quoting your order number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like some perishable goods or custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@zavocoffee.com.

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns, all returns costs must be covered by the customer. 

PACKAGING

My logo is slightly different to the product image?

We lovingly hand-stamp each and every one of our coffee bags, to create a unique identify to house our exquisite blends. This means the logo on your bag may not look identical to the product image, but rest assured we put our full care and attention in to each and every one.

DISCOUNTS

Do you do discounts?

We do complimentary delivery on orders which include three or more bags of coffee, use code GOTBEANS at checkout.

We will occasionally run exclusive discounts, sign up to our mailing list here to be the first to know.

My discount code isn't working?

We are sorry to hear this, please contact us here and we will be more than happy to help.

Please not discount codes cannot be combined with other offers, only one code is valid per order.

Can I add a gift box?

At ZAVO we celebrate the little things, the big things and everything in-between, which is why we pride ourselves on our gifting experience. Contact us here to discover what we can offer as a bespoke package.

Alternativly please add a note at checkout in the special instructions section if you want a gift note adding in to your order.

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do sell online gift cards, please click here for the product.

Online gift cards arrive instantly via email and include instructions on how to redeem the card. There are no additional fees associated with these cards, and they can be redeemed for any individual purchase at zavocoffee.co.uk excluding subscriptions.
